The Body Solid EXM3000LPS home gym gives you a total body workout. Each station exercises various parts of the body. The multi function press station allows a bench press, incline press, shoulder press and supports the chest for mid row exercises and also allows resisted ab crunches. The perfect pec station has range limiters to give deeper muscle penetration resulting in fuller chest development. The lat bar is above the chest station to workout the back and can also do tricep presses. The legs have their own extension and curl facility with a rubber encased foot plate to prevent slips.
