What makes the Body Solid G8I Iso-Flex home gym is the Iso-Flex™ press system which means the arms have a free motion during exercise. This means during pressing exercises all muscles involved get a better workout including the muscles that stabilize the movement. This gives a more natural shape and definition to the body.

The lat station is designed so that a variety of cable pulling exercises can be done. These include crossovers, converging and diverging movements on one arm or two. These can all be done with an unlimited range of motion. The leg station features the Smooth Glide Bearing System™ to prevent friction and an innovative CAM device to prevent resistance drop off towards the end of the movement. This allows true full leg development. (The unit comes with a DVD and chart to show the capability of the gym).

Not only is technology high with this gym but build quality is too. The cables are military specification 2,200lb tension strength with swivelled ends for durability and low maintenance. The 4½" pulleys are made using reinforced, impact resistant fiberglass. The main frame is 11 gauge construction for maximum strength.
