replace the local gym. The patented dual function pec dec and chest press
will enable the chest to achieve maximum strength and definition. The low pulley
station is easy access and enables a variety of exercises like arm curls, leg kicks, low
rows, deltoid raises and more. The lat station will work a v-shaped back and allow a tricep press to be performed. The legs can be defined with their extension and curl and a shoulder press can be performed on the press station.
