The BodyCraft Galena Xpress Pro home gym is a versatile piece of equipment. As well as the bench press the press station can provide an incline press, shoulder press and mid row from an adjustable seat. The back pad also tilts for the incline and shoulder presses. It features a strong cable station for low, mid and high pulley positions so that the lats, triceps, deltoid's and biceps all get a good workout. The leg extension and curl station is automatically adjustable to fit any leg size. There is an ab crunch facility enabling resistance to be added for more effective ab workouts.

The build quality of this gym, as with all BodyCraft gyms is high. Only the most durable and long lasting components have been used in manufacture. The frame is heavy gauge steel tubing and the cable is aircraft rated to maximum tensile strength to withstand the heaviest of workouts. The lat bar, curl bars and all handles are included so nothing else is needed to enable you to get the maximum results from your workouts.
