This home gym is part of the Powertec workbench series and is designed to help replace your local gym. The facility of having the high pulley means there are many exercises many home gyms couldn't do. These include the lat pulldown, the tricep press and seated rows and others.

The chest can be highly developed using the fly machine and further down the seat you can work out other areas of the body. The legs can be developed using both the extension and curl. The mid range pulley means the abs get a workout as can the biceps from the lower bar. Many exercises available and a space saving gym make this superb value for money.
